APC ‘ll reclaim Osun from PDP in 2026 – Eniade

A Philanthropist and founder of Eniade Foundation, Hon. Eniade Damilare Francis, on Wednesday said All Progressive Congress, APC, would reclaim the state governorship seat from the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in 2026.

Eniade said this while reacting to the news of Hon Teleola Oyegoke a successful businessman who officially joined APC today in Inisha, Odo-otin Local Government of Osun state.

He described the development as a good omen for the party, he commended the state Chairman of the party, Sooko Tajudeen Lawal and members of his working committee. HE Ponle Titi Laoye(Former Deputy Governor, Osun) Chief Shuaib Afolabi Oyedokun, Elder Peter Babalola, Rt. Hon Adejare Bello, Hon Bayo Adeleke (Banik), Omooba Dotun Babayemi and many other state leader present at the event.

On reclaiming the state governorship, Eniade stressed that this was in view of the readiness of all stakeholders in the party to work together as a member of the same family.

The array of eminent personalities leaving the ruling PDP and the new politics entrants joining APC is passing a huge message to the PDP government in the state that their time is winding up. "I am happy to state that our party is ready for the challenges ahead and we shall leave no stone unturned to ensure that APC return to power in Osun state in 2026”, he said.

Eniade added, “With my recent visitation to the stakeholders across the state, I can tell you categorically that enduring peace and harmony has returned to our party”.

“Almost everyone who left the party in the build up to the last governorship election is back while I learnt the party is receiving requests from members of other political parties, including the ruling PDP, to join the APC”.

The founder of Eniade Foundation noted, “APC have received hundreds of former PDP chieftains and there are strong indications that the trend will continue unabated.”

He admonished every leader and member of APC to work round the clock to further entrench the fact that APC is the party to beat in the state anytime.
