This Nigeria under Jagaban.

Private citizens provide palliatives for fellow country people. Wetin government dey do?

Police arrests private citizens who shared palliatives because people died during stampede. Whose job is it to provide security for Nigerians? . More like the government and police fail in carrying out their duties and private citizens are held responsible!

Who will arrest the police?

Then, you DON'T know the Meaning of Manslaughter. undecided

Manslaughter means unintentional Killing of a person, when mostly engaging in a Physical combat/Fight with him/her. smiley

The Givers of those Palliatives were clearly NOT involved in any altercation with the recievers. sad
