Feel free to send your Surveyor to come and take the Land Coordinates, Take it to Abeokuta to chart it so you can be Convinced that it's truly free From Government Acquisition.

Concerning Land Survey and C/O , Those two are important Documents no doubt ,But it's not Every Land Owners that has the Resources to Prepare the Two Documents ,It cost Lots of Money .Any Land Cost or price That has the Two Documents would never be Sold for 400k .

Selling it for 400k also does not makes it a Fraud or Fake ,Once it's Bought from the Original Family that Owns the Land ( The Family I bought it from are the Original owner with Supreme Court Judgement) .

Funny Enough Some Buyers that hears a Land is selling for 400k would be asking If the Land Has Survey or C/O Very Funny .

if it has Survey Documents and C/O ,No Seller would sell for that Price because he must Add the cost of those two Documents.

Incase you buy at 400k ,You are free to go and Process your Survey and C/O .

A Clear Conscience Fears nothing .

If you have Lawyers and you wants to send him for Inspection please tell him that it has no C/O , No Survey so if he wants to Discourage you he can do that immediately rather than You Wasting money paying him to come down for Inspection.

Some Lawyers can be Funny and Tasking .
Hiring a Lawyer or Including a Lawyer in the Purchase of a Landed Property is not Bad but Some Wouldn't Do a Diligent Work and Investigations before they would Outrightly Discourage a Prospective Buyer .

Second,Some Lawyers once they Discover the Seller is not Willing to Parts some Monies to them after sale they Tends to Discourage the Buyer .

Some Lawyers Wouldn't even Finds out The Value of a Property in an Area ,Once a Prospective Buyer ask them to Intervene,Even if the Seller is Selling for 1K ,They won't verify the Value of Land in the Area so as to Determine if The Seller has Secured a C/O ,SURVEY or not ...

They just Mentioned oh ! Don't buy Land without C/O or Survey Plans.


But there are still Lawyers that Handles there Work Diligently.
