face me has ended and just like everyone and their grandmother guessed, Lee yi kyung was the killer. can I just say though that in all my history of watching police themed shows, the police in this drama are the fucckk{{{ing slowest! OMG they never get anywhere on time 🤣😩 they felt so useless all through, everytime han ji hyun had to reverse her car to drive some place in episode 11, I swear I laughed cos my girlie had the most serious face in the world looking like yeah I'm an action girl in this action flick reversing my car with all the serious screeching sounds to go get some bad guys but in reality she and her team are just driving about without accomplishing anything 😂 can't catch lee yi kyung at the hospital, Dr Cha literally gets everywhere first before them 🤣🤣🤣 and then they receive a promotion at the end of the drama 😂😂worst police team ever in dramaland and I've seen some really annoying police departments. anyway I'm grateful for the little snippet of romance we got at the end. I hope my baby gets cast in a better drama next as for Lee min ki oppa, if he likes he should continue to accept the same kind of characters acting like he's in debt and he just needs to accept any script to pay his debts 😩 h for HAIGOO

I can maybe understand boy ji won cos he's trying to cover up for the 2nd female lead but what about girl jiwon? you discover your ex sent you lots of messages which somehow got into your spam folder, no discussion about it? no apology or talk about misunderstanding him just straightaway let's start dating 🤷 oh well... by the way the singing at the teacher's workshop killed me with laugh cos they sang perhaps love which is the theme song of goong and JU Ji hoon was the male lead of that drama, I suddenly miss Yoon Eun hye, I would give anything to see them have a reunion drama. lol it suddenly occurred to me that Lee SI woo would have been 7 years old when goong aired and now look at him just as tall as ju ji hoon and even old enough to play 2nd male lead opposite him. Time really flies.

My baby na in woo has officially been exempted from military service 💃💃 he was found medically unfit to join any of the armed forces so he applied for public service but apparently there are so many people in public service and no space so he's free to go about his normal business. I swear that boy is just lucky 😂 from getting his first lead role because jisoo's bullying past got revealed to now escaping military enlistment. I love it for him and as long as it's not some terminal illness that's disturbing him, I'm A-OK

My baby Park ju hyun has reportedly been dating song mino for 2 years. Both their agencies have refused to comment on the news which means it's very true cos even if YG is good at dodging dating questions, if it was not true, her agency would have refuted. I'm not crazy about their pairing but I'll support my girl. If she's happy I'm happy. Here's hoping they have a good relationship till the day they break up 🤭(lmao I said this about Jung kyung ho and sooyoung and till today they're still happy together 😂 I was forced to become their biggest supporter)

I totally forgot but Kim seon ho has left salt agency. He was with them for a long time and I was actually surprised they retained him after his "scandal" lol I'm wondering if they really just believed in him or if they held on to him so he can pay for all the damages caused due to loss of some of the brands he was working with 😂 anyway here's hoping his new agency is good to him as salt was cos they actually really helped his career.

I'm so ready for love your enemy to be over. Story don finish and all that's going on is just fillers. Thank God it's ending next week. At this point I'm sure the writer has something against the 2 jiwon's spending more than 5 minutes together lol they always get interrupted. Not even up to 10 minutes into episode 9 and they were already caught dating. H for HAIGOO. I totally expected someone to crash in on the proposal scene sef cos apparently people can't leave 2 adults to date in peace lol when they aren't babies *sigh*

I'm surprised you're just seeing her, didn't you watch my liberation notes? She has been acting for years now, but she got married really early and had to take time off to focus on raising her children. She recently started to come back to dramas again, I think since liberation notes. Anyway I love her too, I'm a fan of her and her husband. As for leading drama, I really don't think that's going to happen. Maybe if she were still single but now that she's a married woman with kids, I'm afraid she's stuck in supporting character land except if a miracle happens

Namib is here and I like it so far. First of all, it has my faves in it so yayyyy lol not ryeoun playing a teen musician again after twinkling watermelon. I would have said he's starting to be typecast but then I remember he's going to be in weak hero class 2 and it's an action drama so I guess I don't have to worry about him being typecast. Anyway Namib is about something I really don't like to think about but 😩 it definitely exists. Honestly as much as I love music I can't stand the business aspect of music, it's full of users and backstabbers and everyone is a freaking commodity to be bought or sold and it has been that way from time immemorial, from Dem Elvis Presley to Michael Jackson to mohbad to even newjeans or whatever just really really dirty dealings 98% of the time, don't even get me started on p Diddy mtcheww. I honestly wish music was all about making music and performing but alas life doesn't work that way and it's so worse in kpop lol I can't count the number of idols that have been transferred from one agency to another cos of all these buying and selling and sometimes the family of these people are their own worst enemy cos just look at Jin woo's parents and it happens all the time from Kim jaejoong's real father trying to come and claim him after he became successful with tvxq to sulli's mom abi was it hara's mom, I even remember poor kamden that just debuted last year when he was on boys planet, he never even reach anywhere his dad started collecting gifts from fans meanwhile his parents are even divorced and his Mom raised him. South Korea is also so fu(((king judgemental that most agencies will only sign people from stable or rich families cos fans won't want to associate with people from dysfunctional homes😩. I just remembered how that former myteen member said he almost committed suicide when he found out he wouldn't be debuting with x1 after the producers were caught receiving bribes and the group was cancelled. Omo the music industry is cutthroat! Speaking of kamden lol my baby yuju is here😊 since cherry bullet disbanded FNC has actually been serious about pushing her acting career which is all fine and good cos she was my favorite member in the group but then again what happens to the actual actresses they have in that agency😫 talented girlies but they barely get any work, Omo I can't with FNC and their useless management. Anyway lol she's bearing hana here just like in be my boyfriend. Here's hoping they continue to give her more work and hopefully her acting will improve, I love my girl but I can't deny that her acting skills need work. She is gradually getting better tho. My baby Lee ki taek is also here, he's so hot please 🥰 he's currently acting all grouchy and giving Jin woo tough advice cos he had to give up his dream of becoming an idol but here's hoping his character is not a complete meanie cos I might cry🤣. Anyway the drama is nothing great but I know I'll like it cos I like me a good slice of life drama. By the way, I hope uri female lead and her husband don't get a divorce, they're giving toxic but I actually like them together. I'm sure it's the son's accident that's causing all the tension and the fact that she blames herself and the husband blames her for halting his career. I hope they work it out. Also yayyyy to Yoon sang hyun - ryeoun reunion here, even though they are not father and son here, hopefully they'll get to bond. Also at this point ryeoun is getting another deaf brother lol

So I've been seeing a lot of best dramas of 2024 lists from various polls and this is probably the first time netizens and I are on the same page lol. Previous years there were always some dramas I thought were overhyped topping the polls while dramas I thought were really good were nowhere to be found but this year I've seen a lot of lists that contained love in the big city and pyramid game and I'm like yes! Now we're talking. Infact apparently among Chinese voters love in the big city is number 1 while lovely runner is number 2, while among Koreans, lovely runner, jeongnyeon and love in the big city have the top spot. I was really pleased to see pyramid game in no 5 or was it 8. Notable mention to parasyte: the grey and Mr plankton too. I'm just very glad love next door is nowhere near the top dramas of 2024. Thank you Jesus, voters actually have sense this year lol and honestly if not for the fact that byeon woo seok mania is real, I'm sure lovely runner would have gone down the list cos as much as it was a well written, well done and executed drama, it did get a bit tiring with the villain that refused to die lol but yep I'm not mad about it being on top

I'm sure I will cos I know it's an adaptation of miss granny but 🙈 not interested at least for now

Random post: I totally forgot to give a special shout-out to @toykathy Unni for providing me with English subbed version of love in the big city movie 😁 I watched it and it was good but if I'm being honest, I enjoyed the series more and it could be for a number of reasons 🤷 I don't know if it's cos I watched the series first so it's number 1 in my heart🤣, or because the movie was like an hour something minutes while the series had 8 whole episodes and made me care for the characters more 🤷 tbh I think the people who adapted the series did a better job at humanizing the characters than the movie version cos even though miae really only appeared for 2 episodes, I actually cried at her wedding scene while I didn't even feel anything for the leads in the movie version. I do think it's because the adaptation was from different angles tho, the series adapted the full novel while the movie adapted just a chapter in the book. Anyway both works were good, I noticed some minor differences tho, like in the movie they were French students but I don't think that was in the series, the fact that the female lead also grew up in France was not in the series, also in the movie both of them were smokers but in the series only the girl smoked. In the movie she was assaulted by her boyfriend when he found out she was living with a man and she broke up with him and married someone else while in the series the boyfriend was a more understanding person and she married him. In the series she caught the male lead with a Korean but in the movie it was with their french lecturer. I really hope someone can translate the novel into English so I can read it for myself. Maybe now that the drama is popular, they could make translations

I'm not a fan of sports (but I'm a fan of really hot athletes 🤭) so I tend to run away from sports themed dramas but I decided to watch this one and I didn't regret it. I loved it. It was written by the writer of prison playbook and it shows. It was also the first real acting role for my baby choi hyun wook in mainstream tv and I was very excited for him 🤣
