As a Muslim, I need to clear the air on this Sharia court issue. Ignorant Muslims, hizbiyas (sects), Christians, Jews and other religious factions we have in Nigeria have absolutely no idea what Sharia court is.


I'll use this thread to explain it as concise as I can

Staring with contextual meaning.

What's the meaning of Shari'a.

Shari'a simply means RULES AND REGULATIONS ACCORDING TO WILL OF ALLAH which in turn is understanding the RULES AND REGULATIONS OF ALLAH ACCORDING TO QUR'AN WITH THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD AND HIS COMPANIONS.

Ignorant Muslims: these are people who have absolutely no idea what Islam is. The only thing Muslim about them is the Muslim name they answer to

Hizbiyas: these are the factions that calls themselves Muslims. They are group of people that come together with the same interest or different interests and form a group, named it and follow the rules and regulations of their leaders.

Example,

Sufi ... Those are the alfas with tesuaba, they are the ones that do jalabi and other ships
Ashaira... They're same with Sufi. They put their logical reasons ahead before Qur'an and Sunnah
Tablig... They are created from Sufi. Their leader is a Sufi. Modernized Sufi is what tablig is


MSSN, Nasfat, TMC, Izala and the likes are the civilised sects claiming Islam. They're mixtures of culture, norms and wokeness with a touch of Islam


And there's one called MUMAYIUN, they're are the defenders of all listed above while they claim to be Sunnah. Example, GBADEBO RAAJI.. that comedian called alfa that his video is everywhere online

Abu `Amir al-Hawdhani said:
Mu`awiyah b. Abi Sufiyan stood among us and said: Beware! The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) stood among us and said: Beware! The people of the Book before were split up into seventy two sects, and this community will be split into seventy three: seventy two of them will go to Hell and one of them will go to Paradise, and it is the majority group.

Ibn Yahya and `Amr added in their version : “ There will appear among my community people who will be dominated by desires like rabies which penetrates its patient”, `Amr’s version has: “penetrates its patient. There remains no vein and no joint but it penetrates it.”

It was narrated from ‘Awf bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) said:
“The Jews split into seventy-one sects, one of which will be in Paradise and seventy in Hell. The Christians split into seventy-two sects, seventy-one of which will be in Hell and one in Paradise. I swear by the One Whose Hand is the soul of Muhammad, my nation will split into seventy-three sects, one of which will be in Paradise and seventy-two in Hell.” It was said: “O Messenger of Allah, who are they?” He said: “The main body.”

Abu Ghalib narrated that Abu Umamah said:
"(The Khawarij) are the worst of the slain who are killed under heaven, and the best of the slain are those who were killed by them. Those (Khawarij) are the dogs of Hell. Those people were Muslims but they became disbelievers." I said: "O Abu Umamah, is that your opinion?" He said: "Rather I heard it from the Messenger of Allah."

The above Hadiths explains.


1. Factions are forbidden in Islam and if this happens, they're hellbound
2. The first factions in the history of Islam is Khawarij and prophet affirmed hell for them because they're not Muslims.


So, all SECTS do not represent Islam but themselves

Back to the main topic... Shari'a.


In The North, their own Islam is the SUFI. What they understood as Shari'a is blasphemy and sins. Which is absolutely far from the real Shari'a. As you can see, their own Sharia is about

1. Prohibition of alcohols
2. Separation of men mixing with women
3. Unjust killing of blasphemous actions or sayings from the non Muslims or Muslims.


The reality of the case is..


Someone who is liable to be killed for his shirk (Sufi) carrying out judgement on sinners (alcohols and free mixing with women and unjust killings)

I have some questions for you since you seem to know much about Sharia court.

What are the differences between Sharia court and government-established courts?

Does the Sharia court handle cases that involve non-Muslims?

If not that you are bentbon destroying yaself and looking for trouble worldwide, why not look at the disadvantages of sharia?
Use northern Nigeria as ya case study.
The people of that region in southwest cherished peace and ya sharia won't work. Ya mumû lives used it for north during Obasanjo regime and smuggled in sharia in 2001. Perfect example is the case of Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Wahab. He's the one ALLAH used to make Saudi Arabia as it is. Saudi was once like Nigeria, with the Shari'a laws and court.. all kufruyat was eradicated and annulled.

In religious, social or family associations, dispute can occur and one part or group may leave. But they all beat same surname, goal and anem. 2. As long as the constitution is not asking you to do something that's against Islamic laws. Examples,
