who agree to the court's jurisdiction will be "judged" but this is a long-term game
that have been used over and over gain for the past millienia.
It always starts with voluntary and harmless courts, until it isn't.

There will be enormous social pressure placed on "victims" to conform to the rulings

This is rubbish that has been suspended indefinitely by the Oyo branch of the Supreme Shariah Council of Nigeria, so what exactly are you people here doing other than responding to to "Buhari dead and cloned" type of garbage when most of you should be educated enough to know better?

Governor Makinde has already made a statement too saying it won't stand because he has sworn to uphold the law. It is clear that Makinde's "intervention" has made it crystal clear to these jokers to desist from their course hence the indefinite suspension.

Those suggesting this Shariah thing are just bored jokers who will be put in their place same as our legislators instantly shot down the attempt of Northern legislators to consolidate the grip of Islam on Nigeria which is a secular State. Tragic that educated Nigerians cannot think critically.

The Supreme Council for Shari’ah in Nigeria (Oyo branch), on Tuesday, announced the indefinite postponement of its plan to inaugurate a Sharia court in Oyo town.

The postponement followed widespread outcry against the planned Sharia Court inauguration earlier scheduled for January 11, 2025.

In a broadcast on Tuesday, Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde, acknowledged the planned Sharia court and the attendant controversy.
