Three questions:

Why is there so much noise or controversy about Sharia court in SW?

2.
Will the Sharia court handle cases that involve non-Muslims?

I sincerely thought that Sharia court is in line with the Islamic faith. If this thought is correct and the Sharia court handles only the cases that involve only Muslims, why should a Yoruba person that willingly practises Islam in Yoruba land reject Sharia court in Yoruba land?

Those who are kicking against Sharia court in Yoruba land may have valid reasons for doing so. But I will not take side with them when I have not known their reasons. So, I sincerely need those people kicking against the Sharia court in Yoruba land to answer my questions.

So death sentence can also be carried out abi.

Are there not lots of Christians travelling to Muslim countries where there are strict Sharia law on existence? How many Christians have complained regarding the law? Both Nigeria law and constitution were both signature of Christians by British. You people need to understand that without the backing of law or judicial process Shari'a court can't be established amd can't be denied of the constitution support it

What good can you point to in those northern states that practices it ?
If an Osun worshipper has case against an Islam what then happen ?
Dual ideology of laws what is killing the progress and the development of the northern states in general

Christians are always in competition. Same thing they did with Islamic banking and state where they have majority are the ones benefitting from its financial arrangements.

The shariah court in the north hasn't tried any Christian before. Why's their fear here? We do have stupid people practising their stupidity,instead of religion, in Nigeria.
