Engine failure

I once had a similar issue but with a Toyota corolla.

The issue turned out to be a weak dying battery and a damaged voltage regulator.
Once those were changed the car was fine.

This is the most likely cause. I. Surprised all the experts here did not mention this.

M suggestion is for you to get a OBD portable scanner like FIXD and run a diagnosis so it tells you what the problem is and what to do to fix it instead of the guess work.

Hmm the fuel pump is weak or fuel filter is dirty. That’s the solution. And so check the pressure to confirm this.

exactly, my car too had this issue sometime ago….it does half starting, expecially in the morning till i change my fuel pump and it worked fine.

Immediately, I saw Honda Accord I laughed. That car showed me shege in my early days.

Honda will make you wiser than your mechanic after 2 years of regular visit.

When you change the car to a Toyota or better brand, your mechanic will stop greeting you everyday..

From what you said I believe it's basically connected to the fuel pump or the either the injectors or nuzzles. I am not a professional per say but from experience it is definitely something from fuel flow.

Once you park the car and everything settles over night, it's hard to start in the morning because there is a cut in fuel supply somewhere so when you keep trying the supply starts flowing and all the rest of the day there won't be any cut until the car is parked again for a longer time.

You can try what I said by starting the car in the morning and when it starts, don't use it and just leave it till midday. If you see that it doesn't start quickly again then be rest assured the problem is what I have mentioned.

Go and look for a mechanic. This is too dumb to bring to social media.

Try removing the head of your battery every night first, it might be battery problem.

Who checked it. Spark plugs are likely the problem here, especially low quality plugs develop this kinda problem.

here is the solution if you don’t want to spend any money. You have to PRIME THE FUEL PUMP. This you do by turning on the ignition but don’t start the car. So you turn the key just once. If it’s push start just push the button without leg on break. Once you have done that then proceed to pump the accelerator like five times. Now the fuel has bypassed all the bottlenecks and now you can start the car I guarantee you it will fire once

It is because you don't drive it everyday. When starting it pump the acceleration

If you r sure your battery and Kickstarter are fine tho.

This looks like the throttle body in the pic.

I've attempted to change it, but that didn't solve the issue.

Ive attempted changing the throttle body, but to no avail. It didnt solve it.

So it's only when engine is running that everything is OK.

Engine doesn't break down in a day...that's how most of them start, they deteriorates with time

yarimo it's a cold start issue. happens when the car has cooled down. he should check his cold start sensor and switch.

there are different causes of engine struggling to start in the morning some are, (1)plugs ( 2 ) some nuzzles need change (3) the fuel pump is giving you warning at any time it can stop working completely (4) all the coil need to be check . If all this 4 failed to normalize it you have no any other options than to change the brain box. Look for EOD brain box and test it and see, doing that will save you from unnecessary spending

Go and verify that your alternator is charging and if it is, then your battery is gone.

you did it well ? You must do it well. I didn’t say start the car, just turn the key once so the electricals come on. Then pump accelerator like 5 times. After that you can fully start the car
