Stories have something to learn from so though the New Testament and the characters are stories of a storybook there is still wisdom in some of the stories. Like “Or what king, when he sets out to meet another king in battle, will not first sit down and consider whether he is strong enough with ten thousand men to encounter the one coming against him with twenty thousand?

But the virgin birth, walking on water, feeding five thousand, resurrection, ascension second coming are all fake.

If your are a true Christian then you'll at least let those you are teaching know that you are teaching them from a New Testament storybook with fictional characters and fictional events.
