Two trophies and getting Arsenal competing for top trophies again.

What else should he have achieved?!!

If City didn't have the monetary advantage, he would have led Arsenal to consecutive EPL titles by now!

Arteta is the best coach they've had since Wenger!

Facts!!!
2charity cups right .is asenal poor..u bought rice for over 120m wat have u achieved with rice

Sacked on what grounds exactly?!!

Slot is a good coach, even more experienced than Arteta... But let's not get ahead of ourselves.

Slot met a very sound team... An absolutely rock solid foundation!

I laud him for not scattering or disrupting it... He merely made few tweaks.

Besides, if City loses their cases with FA, they will be stripped of at least 1 or 2 EPL titles.

You know what that means, right?!! You will have to put some respect to Arteta's name then. grin
very funny keep dreaming..na so u want take win ur epl..be waiting for court to give u epl don't go and fight for it next season as usual

Its not about meeting a solid team on ground. The new united boss met a solid team on ground, but what has he done?

About the sack, arteta is always coming nearer to the title but cant get hold of it. Is that not a good ground to sack him!
United boss met what??! Solid team?! This United team or another one?!! grin

Try dey watch ball abeg!

This is easily the worst United team since Ferguson! No jokes!

Mourinho and Van Gaal would have been relegated by these imbeciles.

As for Arteta... I disagree! Winning the title requires serious momentum and luck!

How many years has Diego Simeone spent at Atletico Madrid? How many La Liga titles?!! Just that one, and it took the crumbling of Barcelona and an off season of Real Madrid for them to edge it.

Success is not measured that way abeg.

Arteta is the best coach Arsenal has had and can easily afford since Wenger! Period.

Modified: Simeone won 2 La Liga titles for Atletico Madrid.

Relegation would have been awesome... But, it's highly unlikely.

Not with the shitty form of Everton, Southampton, Leicester, etc.

The worst that can happen to United is 10th - 12th position finish.

Agreed that Arteta struggled with Arsenal for 2 seasons but relegation prospect wasn't staring at there in the face.
And I think Arsenal was better placed in the EPL table then than Manutd as this time.

I knew the tough festive fixtures were going to make this United side drop some crucial 3 points, but I didn't expect it to come sooner.

Ten Hag learnt the hard way by quickly doing away with his Ajax style of football after embarrassing defeats by Brighton and Brentford.
If Amorim doesn't make adjustment soon enough, they're only going all the way down. 👇👇

And make dem go look for some kind set pieces coach sharperly coz all of their opponents have known that defending set pieces is their #1 weak point.
Else it might come to a point where being awarded a set piece/corners against Manutd would feel like being given a penalty against them, some kind Awuf opportunity😸
Angelfrost:
The Van Nisteroy that's about to collect another disgraceful beating for the third straight time today?!!

Abi another one?!!

They should stick it out with Amorim, even if it means finishing 14th this season.

Enough should be enough...!

Any fan that can't bear the rebuilding process should join Liverpool or Real Madrid!

After all it took Arteta 2 failed seasons of trial and error to get the team top notch.

For how long?!! Even after abandoning his philosophy, what came out of it?! Has he not been sacked?!!

The board and fans should back Amorim and get rid of the players not ready to adjust.

If you keep forcing coaches to please players, the team will remain mediocre! And United last looked really good under Ole (his second season).

Ole was the only coach to get United playing the United way as seen under Ferguson.

3 defense system works when your 4 in the middle are intelligent, fast, and seriously attack minded!

If it means getting academy players in to get the job done, Amorim should do it and fast...!

For United to be relegated, they have to keep losing till the end of the season... As in, lose more games than Everton, Leicester, Southampton and Wolverhampton.

That's not happening... Not even if they disband these idiots calling themselves senior team, and play an entire academy.

United relegation would have been nice to see, but it's not happening. grin

Maybe with other players in other teams... But, together? They are largely shite!

They are all below Man United's standard.

The fact that you actually see them as solid players simply underscores the low standards of that club these days.

This Manutd situation is really a dilemma. Sticking with his own philosophy without the right players to effect it, means United faces the prospect of battling relegation. And changing his style of play to suit the players means they're still were they where under previous coaches

Well, maybe he should do it differently from Ten Hag, make them play a different formation to make safe their EPL table position and then when he gets his own kind of players he can go ahead with this adventurous style of play.
Truth is, what's he's done so far hasn't really yielded results, bar maybe their performance in Europe

That's true... Great points there.

I am sure he and his team are aware of the situation...!

I feel some powers that be are holding the man back from really axing the squad!

Half of that first team needs to be sent away permanently... Whatever system you play, these lazy Clowns will still mess it up.

They are mismatched and downright lazy! Damn!!!

Everyone has been suggesting so many things since ETH came on board, but nothing has ever worked!

What does that say?!! The team has to go!
Re: Wolves Vs Manchester United (2 - 0) On 26th December 2024 by Richie6(m): 11:02pm On Dec 26, 2024
Angelfrost:
Nope... RVN would have been found out sooner than later.

Take a look at Leicester.

What position is right for these players?!! Bruno?!! Hojlund?!!

No position will ever suffice for players who are not ready to put in the work.

Stop pampering your players and let the coach fix the issues.

This is what is expected... It's called cost-benefit assessment.

Let the team suffer with the new coach... You fans should lower all expectations too.

When the system is set and the right players get used to it, the results will show.

RVN was simply going to keep patching up the nonsense he and ETH started till he got found out.

Let the team suffer with Amorim till they start doing the job they are paid for!
I hope united will not be in the relegation zone when the system is set.

ppogba:
I. will not support RVN for the simple. fact that he has always being an insider. The team is in need of a serious surgical operation like doing away with the untouchable English players. This requires an outsider that will not look at faces.
Don't you also think that Amorim being an outsider, his formation and tactics will push united further to relegation zone.

All the players they signed, they have not live up to expectations.
Re: Wolves Vs Manchester United (2 - 0) On 26th December 2024 by sammiewrite(m): 11:10pm On Dec 26, 2024
Agreed at least 80% of the current squad needs to go. The question is, which clubs will come in for these guys? Where will the money for new signings come from? How many of Amorim's transfer requests will be sanctioned considering how much was spent to back ETH vis a vis the quality of players he got in?

Arne slot who came this season is already making the title for Liverpool. Arteta just dey fool himself since. I wonder wetin e learn from guardiolar. He could have took some solutions from the city boss, but arteta is very clueless. He may be sacked!
All Guardiola apprentice coaches are useless. As Arteta is doing nonsense in Arsenal, Maresca is playing hide & seek in Chelsea. We need to check well if Amorim or Amotekun is also a Guardiola apprentice. cheesy cheesy cheesy

United is already practically in the relegation zone...!

The entire team needs to sit up!

There is absolutely nothing complicated about Amorim's system... Lesser players thrived with it at Sporting.

Most of the players are lazy and overpampered.

They wouldn't have lost today if Bruno hadn't been stupid!
