Lol, this question you directed at that fellow is phrased in a way that implies the stampede was deliberate, hence the response you got. Hunger is not an excuse for stampede and no one used it as one. It was just an unfortunate incident. Stampede results from overcrowding and poor crowd management. Any little incident at the venue can trigger it.
