The fact that a president can face criminal charges is a hallmark of a sound country. Name one Nigerian president who has ever faced criminal charges or sat before a judge, just one.

If Jacob Zuma, former South African president, can be imprisoned with handcuffs on both hands, what reason is there for that Daura man to still walk free today? Zuma didn’t commit a quarter of the atrocities we witnessed under Buhari. But hey, we live in a country of 'ranka dede', where people believe elders and ex-presidents should be immune to past, present, and future crimes.

If all leaders are disgraced oit of office, then they have a leadership problem. It's either their institution is faulty or they don't have any strong leadership or both.

Korea as a whole had a nasty battle that ended up in the division of the country into North Korea and South Korea, with a demilitarised zone between the 2 countries. The North worships Kim Un and practices communism. The south does democracy. So the South cannot afford to fxxx up in their democratic ideologies or fight with itself as North Korea remains ever ready to just push the border open and overrun them.
They have A LOT to lose if the mess up their democracy that is why their unity is strong.
Nigeria don't have anything to lose, that's why we're online insulting each other everyday. No consequence.
