why would Russia shoot down a passenger plane that has Russians in it? It doesn't make sense.

2ndly how can a plane be shot at and it still has time to ask for emergency landing and still has time attempting to divert to another airport? Not possible

Are you really for real or you are trying to be mischievous? There was a drone attack on Gronzy at exactly the same time the plane was in Russian airspace and the drone attack by the Ukrainians on the Russian city of Gronzy was being repelled. That's an accident that wil' happen a million times if drone attacks are happening against Israel or America and a civilian aircraft is in the airspace at that time.

Comprehension is a problem he never said the existence of courts means you can't say what you said. He only said hear from both sides before concluding just like they do in the courts. But its very clear you hate Russia and even if they respond you will likely not even believe anything they say using your own words because its Russia.

Do you know this is not the first civilian aircraft Russians have shot down in just a few years? Congratulations to you on finding a counternarrative. It says Ukraine timed its drone to fly with the civilian aircraft (this is a speculation), but you take it seriously enough to post it here.

It says the Azeri plane was not allowed to land at the nearest airport - this is an easily verifiable or falsifiable fact (was the plane denied permission to land anywhere? Did it have to land further out of its route?) Yet, you say I'm, seeing red for repeating this here.

So congratulations on finding a counternarrative.

Same thing. Collateral damage. Few days ago, America shot down one of their own fighter jets and narrowly missed shooting down a second fighter jet, when they were repelling attacks from the Houthis after the US had initially launched airstrikes on Yemen.

You and your beloved Ukrainians want to gaslight the world, by conveniently pretending Ukraine wasn't attacking Grozny with drones on the day the plane was approaching the airport.

Clearly Russia shot the plane down likely in error not knowing whether it was a Ukrainian drone... because of the attacks Russia was actively jamming the area and thus the plane's transponder wasn't transmitting so it appeared as an unknown incoming object towards Grozny.

If the reverse was the case God knows Russia nor go hear word. Were you not the one talking about time of departure and destination of the flight. When its Russia you hold them to a higher standard of knowing this but once its Ukraine ha speculations

Russia started this war. At a time Ukraine had not thrown a stone at it. That is why all right-thinking people see red with Russia and direct all energy at them. Even if there was Ukrainian drone activity in that area at the time, Russia is responsible. I hope you understand now. But I doubt you do. What would you know about right thinking? You're a Putin supporter. You support a mass murderer in mass murder. You support the bombing of supermarkets, day care centers and hospitals. I hope you sleep well at night.

To be clear, and for any objective person reading my posts, if the Ukrainians deliberately took a direct action intended to trick Russia into shooting down a civilian aircraft which resulted in the aircraft being shot down, that would be a war crime (and morally reprehensible in my book). If you have evidence of that, bring it forward to the ongoing investigation or take it to the ICC.

There is circumstantial evidence that they did just that. They could have launched their attack hours before the plane heck even minutes after the plane had left but noooo, its when the plane is there that they want to launch their attack so Russia will be the bad guy as always. I mean the Ukrainians probably thought , "God knows the Russians have shot down planes before it won't take much for JuanDeDios and his likes to hop on this because they see red and won't care about what we did (unless he is pressed and hypocrisy exposed by ReactExpress). Because no body can prove that we knew because we can just lie that we didn't and they won't question us. Their vitriol will be focused at Russia."
