It may not be called a military base ... can be called a training camp where it would be said it is a French Military Training facility set up to train our soldiers to fight terrorists. Macron didn't have a meeting with Tinubu in France for nothing .... or visited Nigeria for nothing. Do you really think France would not try every means to get back in Niger?
