This isn't really true, average price per square meter in Ikoyi is about 1.2million. 1.5 billion wouldn't get you 2000sqm.

So yes many apartments in Ikoyi are sold and rented out in Dollars.
Eco Atlantic is also priced, rented and sold in dollars.

I wonder why people just be arguing! Any Lagos boy knows these. Most prime real estate in Lagos are valued in Dollars. I even know some properties in as far as Sangotedo( Novare Mall) that are paid for in dollars!
