Do you know or have an idea what it takes for a country to invade another single handedly?
American army with all their mights needed over 10 countries to help her invade and hold Iraq, Afghanistan etc, in the end just little was gained and several thousands of American soldiers perished or maimed, trillions of dollar down the drain.

Do you really think Nigerian military can pull these, especially in a country like Niger with vast desert to occupy and hold on to, let aside the internal uprising that will start against tinubu from the north for attacking their brothers in Niger.

Nigeria will flop woefully if Sha dared attempted such huge military action, this is not ecomog peace keeping mission of the 70s-90s.

African Union wouldn't be able to commit militarily to such adventure, be rest assured that those African countries will military heads will stand with Niger republic, they have strategic advantage based on their location on the map, they could cut Africa into half, challenging economic transactions etc.

Boko haram will use the opportunity to expand their reach across the north because the already warm out Nigerian military already committed huge soldiers and equipments to invasion of Niger, the ones left at home can't help the situations, bro the disadvantages are too many for Nigeria and Africa.

No same Nigeria will voluntarily join the army to "defend their motherland" not even one and the army won't be able to force people to join cos na their real revolution go sup.

Many Nigerians would rather clean gutters than join the military now that the country is not at war because of how mediocre it had become over the years

Anyways Tinubu will not be that dumb, infact he could be ousted by coup by northern soldiers, backed by their political leaders and the northern population,

Fighting terrorism is VERY different and requires all manner of military RESTRAINT due to the risk of civilian casualties, since terrorrists don't wear uniform, or come as an army in a war front, and embed themselves in civilian territories.

That is VERY VERY DIFFERENT from conventional warfare, where it is army versus army and air force versus air force, and navy versus navy.

In CONVENTIONAL WARFARE, the Niger Republic, which does not even have a SINGLE fighter jet, is no match whatsoever for Nigeria.

They didn't only lose more soldiers sef, they lost the war and had to surrender unconditionally to the Biafran army.

Gowon had to run off to Ivory Coast while Obasanjo signed the surrender forms or whatever they are called.

Thankfully the Naira went extinct and the Biafran pound we have been using since is still 1 to 1 against Pounds sterling.
