There are only a few countries in the world right now that can project power globally and Israel isn't one of them. Most of Israeli missiles are precise short range missiles but they can easily upgrade to intercontinental with American hundreds of billions dollars. But hundreds of billions of dollars won't give Israel the ability to project power over a distance. So the best they can do is collect more hundreds of billions, upgrade their missiles strike capabilities, use some dozens of billions for intelligence, get satellite and technological information fielded to them by America, and there'll be a missiles rain on Yemen.

If NATO wants to send boots on the ground,it will be easier if they carpet bomb like they always do

Hopefully, you don't come crying genocide soon. If you think Yemen with their routine ballistic missile launches can match the IDF , then you know nothing. It was the same mistake Hamas & Hezbollah made. It is not just the ability to land blows on others that makes a successful fighter, you must be able to withstand the hit of your opponents. None of these group properly envisaged israel's capacity and willingness for war and that was their fatal mistake.

Iran is smart enough to avoid a direct conflict with Israel even after the last Israeli strikes. It is foolish for other groups to allow themselves to pushed into a direct conflict with the IDF.

I am not making a case for disproportionate and indiscrimate IDF destruction.
