No casualty because the people involved are not as hungry as Nigerians. Some of them just had to fulfill all righteousness as they are gainfully employed. They have food at home. While the Nigerians see the palliatives as the only opportunity to feed for God knows when and cannot afford to miss it. So don't be deceived.

Lauretta Onochie, a Nigerian presidential aide, has reacted to a video showing Canadians queuing for palliatives.

In the video, a large crowd of Canadians can be seen waiting in line to receive palliatives. The scene is reminiscent of similar scenes often seen in developing countries, where citizens may queue for essential items.

Onochie's reaction to the video highlights the unexpected nature of the scene, with many Nigerians expressing surprise that a developed country like Canada would experience such a situation.

The video has sparked a wider conversation about the impact of economic conditions and the importance of social welfare programs. Many have praised the Canadian government's efforts to provide support to its citizens, while others have criticized the perceived inefficiencies in the distribution process.

The reaction from Onochie and other Nigerians underscores the global nature of economic challenges and the need for effective social safety nets.

If you watched the video and you have been badmouthing Nigeria, may God forgive you. To you, these things can only happen in Nigeria but everything is rosy in other countries. The guy in the video even called Canada a poor country. They were queuing under the rain for hours to collect Palliatives.
So Nigeria is better economically than Canada?

Canada is better than Nigeria, but it has really been rough for the country of late.

The economy is tanking and inflation at all time high. Unemployment is over the roof, and housing has gone crazy. Healthcare in shambles and waiting time now like forever. Talk about the exchange rate against the dollar, that’s a story for another day.

The country bit more than it can chew. Why keep admitting people into the country when the opportunities and infrastructures are not there. Like some pundits will say, it was a money spindling venture for them.

They might be forced to be come the 51st state of the US.
What's the rate of inflation in Canada?

Lauretta Onochie still around?

I thought she has relocated to Daura with Buhari after his tenure as President. She's a known ass licker and irritating political fop who has thrown decency to the dogs.

Anyway, her kismen in Onicha Olona Delta state are waiting for her to come and give account of her Stewardship after 8 years of bootlicking with Buhari. Onicha Olona is the home place of late Reggae crooner,Ras Kimono.

Lauretta Onochie is a shameless woman who sulks because of money.

She should go and rest!

Nigerians and their comparison. They would never compare Nigeria with better issues but always bad ones.
Meanwhile, Canada's lottery and scholarship 2025 is out, I am waiting for Nigeria's lottery and scholarship that will bring Canadians to Nigeria. Yeye comparison and needless.

Always justifying their utter idiocy, cluelessness and wickedness. Is Canada being governed by despicable people like what is back here? Is Canada among the country with heartless leaders who weaponised poverty and used it against their citizens? When it comes to any good indices of human and developmental progress, they will never live up to what is obtainable in Canada, Britain or US.
There are far more homeless people in America than there are in Nigeria......do you want to argue?

There are more beggars in NY than you would find in Onitsha.

There is a higher percentage of Americans who can't afford tertiary education than you have in Nigeria.

There are far more food banks in America than you have in Nigeria.

You can argue if you want.

If you truly watched the video and read what onochie said, then think

You will know the message is not about whether oyinbo need palliative or not, where did you think we got the word palliative from, abi palliative sound like igbo or yoruba word

The point is whites are organised, coordinated and easy to help unlike Nigerians, watching that video should not make you feel good except you dont understand english

The evil of the Nigerian mind knows no bounds.

Now to the topic, if you analyze the demographics of the kind of people that turned up for the palliatives they’re considered unemployables.

Drug addicts, high school dropouts, illegal migrants, previously convicted felons and their likes. In contrast to Nigeria, able bodied, hardworking unemployed and underemployed people struggle for palliatives.

For how long would we continue to settle for a place at the bottom of the barrel or vie to break infamous records? Please look up bürgergeld.
It's not the same....hand outs isn't same as citizens benefit.....get your facts right!!
