Abuja Hospital Seeks Help To Identify Unconscious Accident Victim by alphonsojaybaz(op): 6:32am On Dec 30, 2024
The National Hospital Abuja is urging the public to assist in identifying a middle-aged man who was admitted to its Trauma ICU on December 21, 2024, following a road traffic accident. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

In a statement released on Sunday through X, Dr. Tayo Haastrup, the hospital’s spokesperson, explained that the man was found unconscious along Jabi Express Road and brought to the hospital by a Good Samaritan. He has been receiving medical care since his arrival, and the hospital is working to ensure he gets the best treatment. However, the hospital emphasized the urgent need to reconnect him with his family or loved ones.

The hospital management is requesting that anyone who has had a relative go missing around that date visit the Trauma ICU of the National Hospital Abuja for identification and further assistance,” the statement said.

I'm sure, they've been spending on the man and they want his family members to come and pay off....

If only our health insurance companies was working, that would've taken care of his bills....

Also, if our NIN was active, he'd been identified from taking his pics and scanning on the site.

But we keep pushing money to maintain the NINC site for nothing.

You don't know what they want. They want money, they're probably tired of giving him free treatment, or what will his relatives do that none relatives can't do at the moment?

You can't be sure, if nobody shows up for him, after few days, he will just be getting skeletal treatment and be place on cheap painkillers, no major surgery or lab test will be done. He will be on his own

You are looking for his relatives to come and pay the bills. ICU unit at FMC in Abeokuta is 100k per day, It is die hard at FMC Idi-Aba Abk if you have patient admitted there!
