Most Nigerians can't be trusted.
These ones can move refined products into a moribound refinery, and thereafter call pressmen to cover such exercise depicting Warri now refines crude.

What is he going to campaign with? That our refineries are working?

Of what benefit is it to Nigerians when the pump price of petrol is still five to six times higher than when the refineries were not working?

Tinubu can only engage in a campaign of lies, falsehoods, and propaganda about some imaginary and non-existent achievements.
If e easy, PDP should have delivered it in 16 years..

What does the word "capitalized" mean?
Does it have a meaning in this context before you went ahead to say "deal with it"?

If you don’t understand the dynamics of fuel price from subsidy regime to subsidy removal, you might need to go back to elementary school.

Bytheway, do you know that you can now import fuel and sell at N100 per litre if you so desire.

I asked that question because I don't understand how stock exchange made it into this discussion.
We don't really care about Stock Exchange, what we care about now is improving life not chasing stock exchange.
The average South African will accept an improved life right now in place of a huge stock exchange.

It's Buhari that fixed both Port Harcourt and Warri refineries.
Both refineries didn't work till he left. Tinubu made sure the refineries work.

I agree but having a strong market is like boosting the confidence level of investors, the more buoyant the economy, the more FDI comes in, the more people get employed to offer service, the more lives get improved, because purchasing power has increased.

The process for the rehabilitation of the refineries was done by Buhari, credit must be given to him.

It must be noted that if Tinubu takes the fall for the problems caused by Buhari that manifested after he left, then it is not out of place to take credit for the good Buhari did that manifested after he left.

Same way whoever succeeds Tinubu will reap the rewards of the forex and fuel subsidy removals for which we are all enduring pain today!

To me, the credit for the refineries to Buhari, just as I will give credit for subsidy removal and forex harmonization, tax reforms, LG autonomy etc when they start to yield the benefits to Tinubu.
