Not too long ago, we were one win away from temporarily moving top of the league. Three games later, were 3 points away from fifth and six away from ninth.

That Lavia is seriously a problem.

The bench today contained 3 right backs, 1 left back, 4 attackers, no midfielder.

Tactically, I don't see what leeway Maresca had to make any reasonable changes. Our gameplay still largely remains bank on Palmer hope that's enough. At least Lavia Caicedo provides a largely solid base for this strategy to work. Lavias absence is really problematic especially when Palmer is the only attacking match-deciding player we have.
