I am not a mechanic so I am not familiar with those your terms, but I am certain the car is a c230 and not a c200 like you claim so I have Google search picture of a 2003 c200 engine and attach here for you to compare both engines. And also screen shot of another c230 2005 for you to see similarities with my advert

This engine and the engine bay you posted are not the same engine.

M271 l, 1.8-Liter Supercharged inline 4

First pix is a m271, a c230 kompressor

Second pix is a m111, a c200 kompressor they stopped producing the engine in 2003.

This is a m271, the car you wanted to sell has an m111
They don't even use same air filter.
