I will never rate the football IQ of anybody who watch this team says the striker is our major problem. Tosin passes like we are in training. If you have eyes, please watch the speed of the ball when he passes, then watch Disasi playing from the back. Don't even get me started on their defensive ability. We have tall defenders, and we are losing aerial duels lol.

we have scored only one corner this season and we have tall CBs

Our best defender is Colwil and please name one top team where he starts first eleven.
Disasi is never a rb so blame maresca for playing him out of position when he has Josh but l guess Josh acheampong is too young for Chelsea when his mates curbasi and yamal are killing it at Barcelona.

We need to make use of this January window and get a striker.

Delap was a joy to watch, I will manage him.
Delap scored a penalty but you have a better striker wasting away on bench. Someone to bully these silly defenders and score unexpected goals

Mr hustler

When l was clamouring for Marc Guiu, some people here mocked me because they think football is about age but it was u21 players delap and Hutchinson that cooked us yesterday..
Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Gucciboy: 12:43am On Dec 31, 2024
Yesterday was a good lesson for those thinking football is about age in this modern era and we're going to loose again if Marc Guiu doesn't start.

He is the only natural striker, we got.

E shock you ,oya tell me which coach plays a rightback as a left back in the presence of veiga and chilwell?

Tell me which coach sticks to underperforming striker in the presence of a goal getter?
Josh Acheampong and Marc Guiu on the bench,Maresca showing he is average coach by repeating same mistake again unto the next.

If he wants to save himself,he knows what to do.

So this useless club can't net Ipswich?

I need a striker in January abeg. I also need another DM if Lavia is proving to be unable to stay fit for me. Also give me Tyler Dibling in Southampton to replace Mudryk.
We only scored once in matches against Everton, Fulham and Ipswich. Disgusting.

Delap is looking like another epic Man City selling mistake
Can we get him this January before City activate their buy-back clause? We can loan them Jackson so they don't stay without a striker.

That boy will develop to become a beast. No football age lamba.

Yeah, Guiu would have been better than Nkunku.

8 points lost, 1 goal scored in 3 matches. We are in trouble. angry

Support cast don cast as expected. Time to upgrade the main cast this January. angry

airmark:
You don't need Babalawo to tell you that Guiu is a natural striker, unlike Jackson. Nkunku is never a top 9, i said this since last year before Maresca echoed it last week.

What made Liverpool to fire blanks against Nottingham forest is what made us to fail to score today. When your wingers are shut down, space will be available to your striker to score. Once every team mirrors how to stop our wingers and Palmer, we will be at Jackson's mercy and that's a deep sh1t.

This is one weird season where the title has (realistically) been decided before the new year.

I can’t think of many other similar Premier League seasons aside from the 2005/06, and 2006/07 seasons where Chelsea were topped the table from week 3 to week 38; and Man Utd and Chelsea were the only teams with a mathematical chance of winning the league by the last week of December respectively.

Isak scored 3 goals against this same Ipswich. Our own striker would get a big chance and shoot off target.

If as a Chelsea fan, after watching how Delap operated as a striker and you are still happy and want to continue defending Jackson as our top striker, you and Lordfalcao should be sent to Guantanamo Bay detention camp. Terrorists. angry

Jackson didn't start the game.

You should be already be two to three goals up, with goals from madueke and co before Jackson came on.

After all you don't need Jackson to win games.

Please tag ibime to this post. We all know his football IQ can be dwarfed by a 13 year old football lover, but we definitely didn't know about his psychopathic behavior.

Dude can criticize Cucurella simply because he doesn't like his size but would spare idiots like Cowill who is aerially weak despite his size, Tosin whose long frame makes him a generally awkward footballer; and his type of defender Disasi who more often than not, play against his own team.

But we are forever tormented here by a miscreant who criticize player for physiological characteristics they can never improve on.

40 minutes is enough for a good striker to make impressions but the only thing I remember he did was to miss a 1 v 1 that was later flagged as offside. He also shot one ball disgracefully to the stands.

Jackson started matches or he didn't start, same output. Within 20 minutes of introduction, Muniz scored the winner against us.

Our form was so unanticipated, look also our drop in-form will be so unanticipated.

As he didn't start,

Your support cast led by madueke should outscore their opponents.

Maresca should convert madueke to CF for the mean time and send Jackson to loan, pending when the club get Muniz, Guirassy or Dovbyk.

Is it no longer outscore FC?.

I've you noticed he usually turns 360 on the ball before he decides what to do?

He was talking about rotating players as caicedo was tired yesterday but that's not a problem since we still got Andrey Santos.

Short term memory is what kills fans really. That quick success papered over a few issues. Instead of recognising that Maresca was the real difference here, people started to applaud themselves for getting nonsense right.

Also when Maresca was saying we weren't in the title race, he was talking more than the title race. He was basically saying our position on the table should not put us in a false sense of assessment. The team is not ready yet.
They will be ready in 2034
