Former Presidential aide, Reno Omokri has responded to the immediate past governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai. This is coming after El-Rufai shared photos of Reno protesting against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in London in 2022. In the photos, Reno Omokri is seen holding a placard with the words: "No to a drug baron in Aso Rock." El-Rufai added in the caption: "NIGERIA UPDATE – The interesting lifecycle of Wendell Simlin, also sometimes retained as a political mercenary by any person or government that can pay". I wonder why El Rufai went this low with Reno. Reno has nothing to lose. Who dey advice El-Rufai? He was close to Tinubu for many years; I'm surprised he didn't learn anything on how to fight this kind of political fight. Since he has decided to come to the market square to dance, Tinubu will only set his lapdogs on him to wear him out and say the most nasty and damning things about him and lookout for weaknesses and softspots in the mallam ahead of 2027.
