Organisational reshuffling is normal in business especially when new shareholders emerge. It is needed to infuse latest ideas and innovation to remodel the organisation for more profit making. I worked in the Bank years back, but today I'm self employed with y staff and we're expanding in the educational sector. My fears is for those who have been relieved but have high debt profile like children school fee in dollars. Those who don't have personal businesses before now would suffer a lot. And lastly those with health issues would burn their savings to care for their health.

This is the best time to For those Contract staffs that have overstayed to also plan their Exit before the bank Exit them.because it will definitely touch them
