Let d refinery die ...as previous govt ...and d common man can afford it 170....wut use is dis news ...I beg to ask not as an opposition but a bonafide Nigerian citizen...pls if I'm mistaken on dis others can ask...
The right thought is that the refinery won't die off and the fuel pump price will be to the highest minimum even better than how it was when it was on ghost mood ....

Are you talking about subsidy removal now or you are on the benefits of a functioning refinery?
Which one are you on about or you are just on politics?
Wasn't the Dangote refinery built during the subsidy era?
Were all these refineries that are now being made to work built after the subsidy was removed?

My question remain are you asking about subsidy removal or importance of a functioning refinery?
Re: Refined Petrol From Warri Refinery (Pictures) by AerialMapper: 8:48am On Dec 31, 2024
From have zero functional refineries to having Warri and PH coming on stream...

Seems these refineries were always functional and were used to embezzle money from Turn Around Maintenance and were kept non functioning so that people could profit from subsidy!!

Wow so Nigerians can say this about bubu? After all the insults and propaganda against ..
If U dont know.. U might just think Buhari was the devil casted down from heaven with no atom of good in him... if u listened to them back then
If you check my post history I have always severally credited Buhari for leaving enduring infrastructural legacies. I have also always said I never voted for him because he was a poor economic administrator in 1984 and therefore it is no surprise that he was poor as a manager of the economy in his second stint. Finally I also said many times that fighting corruption as a military leader is different from fighting corruption as a civilian.

Whatever the flaws of a leader, what is importanat is what you can point to decades after he leaves office and say this is Buhari’s bridge, road, airport, refinery etc. in that respect and despite all his flaws, Buhari has left more legacies than any president since 1999. Tinubu will exceed him.

For all the praise Obasanjo gets, you cannot point to anything he left behind. I know his limitations but I have never insulted Buhari.

1. When you are so dàft to understand a discussion and why certain statements are made, don't jump into the discussion.
2. I don't need google to understand what I see and know.
What do you see or know, you know nothing other than to keep being a zombie and an APC ignoramus. You should be ashamed of yourself to spew a position that is unverifiable on the internet. Let me help you with further statistics to show how stupid you are for saying what you said in the first place. GDP: Nigeria USD199.72Bn,South Africa USD403.05. Inflation rate: Nigeria 34.6%, South Africa 4.7% .
I hope you noticed Nigeria is only ahead of South Africa in anything negative like inflation, exchange rate etc. Stop coming online to display your stupidity moving forward.

You better go with keg to beg for the sample fuel they are holding since price per liter is your major problem now as if fuel abundant fuel availability will not precede any price reduction once competition sets in

With each reply, you keep showing that u are a duIIard who dóñ't even understand the discussion going on but still want to partake in it.
DuIIards should stick to their level of understanding, this particular one is clearly above what ur brain can handle.
You given two replies that are not even in line with the discussion on ground.

Common sense you tell you that fuel controls the prices of commodities and household essentials...They should reduce the price of fuel or place everyone minimum wage and let see if they can sustain themselves.

How is my response to your position irrelevant ,stop being a cowardly yorubaman always embarrassing our tribe and stand by your word. Below is what you posted less than 24 hours ago.
"The average South African will accept an improved life right now in place of a huge stock exchange"
You clearly insinuated that Nigerians enjoy better life than south African with this post but when you have been called out with verifiable statistics that showed you were stupid for posting it, instead of apologizing for your dumbness and move on you are quickly trying to twist the narrative like a typical double mouthed Yoruba coward will always do.
Go and sit down with your fellow urchins and zombies my boy.

What is he going to campaign with? That our refineries are working?

Of what benefit is it to Nigerians when the pump price of petrol is still five to six times higher than when the refineries were not working?

Tinubu can only engage in a campaign of lies, falsehoods, and propaganda about some imaginary and non-existent achievements.
If our refinaries are working don't you know the economic implications of that?
It means there will be more jobs for the youths of Nigeria.
No more years of under and unemployment amongst our scholars. There will be availability of raw materials for exports and industrial revolution will take place which will facilitate increase in employment rate and foster FOREX trading which will in turn bring down the value of naira to dollars.
This will go along way rather than buying 50naira per liter.

I wanted to attribute ur f00Iishness to the Yoruba race but I realized that u are actually not a Yoruba, so I won't insuIt an entire tribe for ur sake.
I was having a discussion with someone and that particular statement clearly showed that South Africans will prefer a better life to having the best stock exchange in Africa, if people who has the best stock exchange will gladly exchange it for a better life, why then should we be chasing stock exchange instead of a better life for our people.
This is exactly the discussion we were having before an iIIitrate jumped in posting statistics that has no correlation with what were discussing even telling me that "you cIearly insinuated that...", you not juts a f00I, u are aIso a stark iIIitrate who doesn't have a functioning bràîn, if u have a functioning bràîn, u wouldn't have typed any of the paragraphs u have typed in the first place.
Coming down to explain a discussion to u like a kid in kindergarten shows ur brain need development.
