yoruboid:The life of 1 Igbo man is worth the lives of 10 Yoruba men. That's the reason you guys don't say anything when 20 people are killed in the SW but you cry when 1 person is killed in the East Jonjam269: |

Ojiofor:Any evidence that these killings are done by IPOB?? I remember a case last year of a man who was shot in Owerri. The news was that he was killed by IPOB but days later the true news came out; he was an aza man and shot by people whose money he cornered. Every death or violence in the east is now claimed to be by IPOB. Common sense should make you know there's a reason for this |

chiagozien:It much more than APC! It’s an ethnic thing, and also about ensuring the secessionist movement is ‘crushed’ so their ATM can continue as normal! The people behind this murderous campaign have a stake in Nigeria running into billions of naira…if not dollars! Forget kwarruption, good governance and free/fair elections…..these powerful and shadowy forces see IPOB, Kanu and Biafra in particular, and the Igbo in general as their biggest problem and fear! Have you noticed how any thread concerning Ndigbo, Kanu, secession, implicating IPOB or even Peter Obi, can stretch up to 5 pages or more and last for days, generating far more traffic and interest than a thread on say 15 innocent people being butchered in the middle-belt by sahelian emissaries of satan!? |

The same people who sponsor the killings in the southeast will come here and write: IPOB is killing Igbos because of Biafra. They don't ask themselves, how could IPOB or Igbos be killing fellow Igbos in the name of agitation for Biafra? These killings in the southeast is good news to Aso Rock. Asari Dokubor has many times boasted that his team has been working with the armed forces in doing this mayhem in the southeast. |

lordm:Is that your solution to the killings? Where is Nigeria's armed forces whose duty it's to maintain security of lives and property? If a few untrained people with guns can't be stopped in the southeast, Nigeria's government is complicit in the mayhem by the untrained persons carrying guns. In saner climes, the presidency should have resigned for failure to protect lives and property in the southeast. |

onuman:This your thinking is warped. So the army will secure every inch of south east? What of the number of military men that have been attacked and killed while securing the southeast? That is not enough testimony to you that the army is even paying heavy sacrifices for daring to confront the evil southeastern people supported and unleashed on themselves? In a saner society, people are not killed at all in senseless manner abi? |

The most annoying part is how the government pours endless grammar after lives have been wasted - as if the length of their grammar can resuscitate the dead and the maimed! A lame Government that keep telling the citizens to defy the orders of ipob murderers , to go about their businesses, without anything in place to safeguard them! They lead the gullible to their slaughter in the evils claws of racial vampires |

The success the Igbos could have achieved easily was hindered by the influence of greed. When Awolowo and Ahmadu suggested including a secession clause in the constitution, Nnamdi opposed it, arguing that it would amount to treason. Now, unnecessary bloodshed and tears are being shed. As the saying goes, 'A stitch in time saves nine.' It’s time for the Igbos to embrace humility over arrogance in this critical moment." |

Dialogue between IPOB and federal government is the solution to this IPOB issues... there is no problem without a solution...all this while fighting between IPOB and federal government has not solved the problems.. for when 2 elephants fight is the common man that suffers... dialogue is the solution..there is no problem without a solution |

Killing their own brothers in the name of fighting the government baffles me. Very sad situation indeed. |
