A very big congratulations to you bro. This was how I got a job with no connection sometimes ago too. I often urge people that has no connection to keep applying and never giving up. People still get FG jobs with absolutely no connection. God works wonders.

I don't know who needs to hear this but trust me, even though our country is messed up and there's corruption everywhere; people still get FG uniform jobs on merit...I am a living testimony, FFS Level 08 (ASF II). Currently on my documentation process. God will grant you your desires and shock you in the process. You just need to BELIEVE and don't listen to anyone who tells you, you must have godfather to get it. Some of my friends still dey open mouth say I don be Senior Officer for paramilitary. Peace.

In Nigeria good grade has to do with merit in securing FG job but connection can place people with lower grades in better position. I could remember back then in jos some people were given FG job with 3rd class results.
