There is always a huge difference between management positions and non management positions.

A banker can be anyone working in a bank but then bankers all have different roles in the bank.

Some are in management positions,many are not.

Anybody can go anywhere , cus Americans and Europeans are in other places too ... Anyone can go wherever. Foreigners are in Nigeria too ... Anyone that sees abroad as heaven na their problems be that , but calling their country names is not it at all ...

I am a cyber security professional and my first job in Canada was remote based meaning I can operate anywhere from the world. Will I operate from Nigeria to cut cost, No!. So many reasons I can't start to mention....

Canada is a saner clime, UK is not. But you know most of the remote jobs require you to be resident in the country? So you can't just decide to move permanently to Nigeria.
Personally, I never really like to living in the UK. I'll never move to the UK unless what's on offer is as good as footballers weekly wages.

People see abroad as their heaven for various reasons especially health care.

If something is not doing fine i dont run like a coward like many are doing today , many don't give a fu*k but want others to care about them . Wanting what they can't give. The entire world has problems but you can't compare some countries to Nigeria only a hypocrite will.

Immigration has been once since time immemorial globally and people migrate for various reasons there is nothing anyone can do to stop it.

Migration is one of the major contributing element of development. Nor be white men come develop Africa and your country? The phone you are using to condemn immigrants nor be people migrate come here come sell for una as business if they had stayed back what will Africa had become for instance?

You claim your entire family are not in Nigeria except you, if that is true you won't be speaking this way except they are not doing well over there not just in terms of finance but maybe career, health, good education etc. Else you are indirectly telling us that you want them to leave their good career for instance to comeback to a country where without strong connections or bribery you won't get a good job.
