How I Crossed Over Into New Year 2025

I crossed over into 2025 talking with my Heavenly Father.

It wasn't pre-planned because it was the cross over night but just doing something I often did every other day.

In fact I actually hoped to finish my prayer before midnight but sadly couldn't meet up because I was already lagging way behind in my daily dose of prayer despite having prayed for hours, so it while I was yet on it trying finish my prayer, I heard the clock chime on the hour to my chagrin.

I had no choice though but to continue til I had prayed to my satisfaction and by the time I was through it was already past 1 am.

So that was how I crossed over into the new year 2025 just as I often did every other new day.

Talking to my heavenly Father.

What would you be saying for hours? Or repeating what was said earlier to make the prayer long to score holy points are allowed? Even Jesus taught a short prayer...the model prayer called the Lord's Prayer popularly known as the "Our Father." He taught his disciples how easy and non-repetitive of what to pray about when they asked to be taught. According to the Bible, God already knows your needs even before you ask...na only you know wetin you go dey talk for hours.

Or you dey "speak in tongues?"

Only that the speaking in tongues you were taught...the utterances of unintelligible words ..are unbiblical, blasphemous, and wrong.

It's just another incantation to copycat what they felt the real speaking in tongues denoted. It wasn't done the way it is done today. Then, those with the spirit spoke just a language and the spirit ensured those from different tribes understood, and the goal was to spread the news of God not taking nonsense (that's to say, for example, in a gathering of a Russian, Chinese, Hindu, Japanese, German, Italian etc., the preacher assisted by the holy spirit only spoke a language and everyone understood even if they never learnt the language)...not some rashidi yekini yamaha tundra susuki done by your fake pastors.

I'm teaching you pure theology for free...but your pastors tithe you for the false ones that enrich them.

God is Great.

Was in church

I naturally slept off around past 10pm, something I didn't plan for. And woke around around 11:40pm naturally as well .

Took my liquor and stand at the balcony to see the fireworks. Had a very good view from different places, I am around the mountain side.

The normal sleep after then, oh boy, oh smooth baje.

and he was in such agony of spirit that his sweat fell to the ground like great drops of blood....

Jesusjr2020, so u didn't go to Church to Pray into the new year? Though, it was good u stayed in Ur house to pray into the new year, it would have been better u were in the church. Well happy new year to you specially. U are one of the few pastors here I respect so much.

Long prayers that is repetitive is rubbish.


Prayer is like a son talking to the father. Won't the son say only important things? What would he be talking for hours? Unless of course, the gibberish they do they call speaking in tongues.

Same with me, I went to my Father's house. Poured out my gratitude to Him for life and everything He blessed me with in 2024.

Sang and danced.

Then I prayed, casting all my burdens to Him.

By 12 am we shouted Happy New Year and embraced one another.

Cross over is an illusion and a joke
There's nothing like a new year, just a bunch of numbers.
Spending the night in the church doesn't make any difference, the man that spent his night at a club would far outrun you in grace and peace,
Emancipate yourself from mental slavery.
