This probably means they have a really large backlog of packages to go through, and they haven't come to yours yet.

If you know their office, you can just go and have them find yours. This was how i collected my own. They had to dig through a large pile to find it, I wasn't patient enough to wait for a call.

I just found the option there when I tried to check out a few months ago. It seems it's not available to everyone.

If you don't have that option, you can always use opay verve card.
Note you can't add the card in the aliexpress cards section. You'll need to go to checkout and add it there.

Temu really means business in Nigeria….. from their choice of using Speedaf and GIG as logistic partners and making payment via our local bank account to their own very easy during checkout.
