With good eating habits and periodic exercise, you can reduce the need for going to a gym.

If ur wife cannot work on her feeding habits or do simple exercises like jugging around d neihbourhood on weekend mornings, then dont register for that gym yet. Its either shes going there because of peer pressure, or because she wants to shoot her yansh out or reduce belly, or go to get attention from men, all for attraction, not necessarily health.
