Judge them for what exactly? For their lives and their activities that have been played to them shortly before their brains shut down? Do you even know how people die and what transpires immediately after death? Nobody is judging anybody except karma that will make them experience the evils they did in this life when they return in their next lives. For every evil you do now, you will serve the punishment here in one way or the other and if you don't finish serving the punishment, it will be waiting for you when you reincarnate. Their spirits are in Hades. Jesus' spirits also went there after He died on the cross but returned back to His body (resurrected).

Hades is a temporary place where the spirits of the dead go to awaiting the final judgment.

So you once lived in this life (and reincarnated). Do you have knowledge of what you were or what transpired when you lived in this life before you died and reincarnated?

Have you heard of the BOOK OF UNIVERSAL HISTORY? That book explains all histories of the universes and how Jehovah, Allah and all other religious gods were created by God. You don't need to die before knowing the truth of the universes. It's already here with us.
