I read many people said it is necessary to own a gun as a priest in Owerri. When I say Imo state is gone and the only good thing from that state is the young, beautiful and succulent women, they say I am a liar. This is a city where someone defended the notion that one-bedroom rent should be N1m+  No good and mid-high paying private sector jobs, but I should pay to live in a place where owning a gun is a necessity. |

I swear! I once saw my Reverend Father at Saint Brigid Onu Asata [Enugu] going into the Sacristi and coming out with a Pumpy! Guy front rows were empty immediately! The next thing out Father went into the church next door, pointed the gun at their pastor and asked them to turn their speakers away, because it was interrupting his preaching. Reverend Father can easily get firearm license. And with what I witnessed recently, as a result of knockout that was thrown at someone, who later died the next day, the priest should not be blame. |
