Did the gazatte mention that State Executives ( Governors) should not use or sign with red pen? The SGF was referring to head of Federal Government Agencies. Whoever that brought this up should have his brain checked.

You have not allowed Wike/Fubara end with 2024. You are igniting unnecessary issues to aflame what you should be dousing.

Fubara is the governor. He can use any colour he wants.

The memo above is exclusively for FG and its agencies allow the use of Green

He can still choose to use the Red biro in matters that do not leave Rivers.

Are you sure about this info?.. I know Ministers use red ink, the President and c-in-c uses green ink, not sure about State Governors.

So Fubara was even being humble; he chose the red pen instead of that for the highest authorities - the green pen! Smh for some people above.

did you see a governor mentioned in paragraph? Meaning they can use red biros. Even your minister cannot use the highest green pen

Fubara has moved on with the boat. Wike is now a past in rivers politics. He is now a rotten egg

Green Biro is reserved for the highest officers. So using red pen as governor is downgrading himself.

It could be that the statement was just figurative. Like how can a governor downgrade himself to red reserved for ministers?
