Pls help I don't know what happening to me!

I had jock itch two weeks ago so I started applying visita plus and then...

one day I didn't have soap because I haven't bought so I use detergent to bath so in the process I scrubbed my groin

The detergent injured my balls and it was so painful, when I left the bathroom and I checked my groin all the jock itch areas where pilled of and only sores where there

They weren't painful only the place my sponge injured, I kept rubbing the jock itch place but it wasn't healing up or clearing

I've bought ketoconazole to take and stopped rubbing the cream but now little rash is appearing everywhere around my groin

I'm very frustrated because I haven't had unprotected sex for 7 months and everything I've done has been with condom, I haven't even had protected sex recently for 1 months plus

Pls what can be the cause of this? Pls no insults I just need a cure pls

OP apply baby oil & cover with candle wax every night before you sleep. It should clear but will take months.

Until then tolerate the insults that OS will give you once they sight it. Next time don't be penny wise and pound foolish.

You bathed with detergent because you couldn't bring out N500 for proper soap

Get a good bathing soap and buy those antifungi creams. Please go and do test.
