I quite alighn with your last statement that Tinubu too don't want the Officials in his own government to know because,it would be difficult for him to say no again,once those Ministers taste the sweetsness of Subsidies.
But most importantly is the CBN that became a monster 💩 under Emiefiele,by Pending NTrillions and Multi NBillions of Anchor Borrowers Farmers Money, hence we are naked in getting enough Funding for almost everything - Education, Health Care Delivery,Food Production and Food insecurity, Re-Paying For Foreign Obligations,etc.
Now Hope is rising!

I also know an Oil and business magnate from the North who has settled there with his family for years now even though he made his money in Nigeria. He has substantial investments in oil and other sectors of the Ghanian economy. His Dad was a past Emir in a North western state.
