Chile is wealthier than Hungary by any economic metric. Also, it is not a thing to boast about that you have three part-time jobs. E no make sense at all. That is suicide mission. The aim is to have one part-time job that pays so well and gives you time for both studies and rest. This is especially important as OP is in his late 30s or early 40s. The ultimate is to have the opportunity to work in well-paid part-time jobs, but because of scholarships here and there, one decides not to take up any. I was once like that and the feeling is priceless!

My advice? Find a way and move to economic hubs in Europe where there are jobs. Hungary is a means to an end, but should never be the end.

I just made a copy of my contract because having not just resident permit depends on the kinda permit they think we have either student, 😅 permanent or asylum🤔 we don't know.
But what we do know is that money can buy you anything and destiny is way different according to our standards.
I welcome Gerrard59 and tensazangetsu20 for investment management company. We can build a string alliance rather than bashing one another. Proof choke 🤪 😤 but then again an average Nigeria will rather die with his in the bank than releasing it for the betterment of one another.

Quick advice: check the overall interest rate for businesses in Hungary and if the banks can lend to a non-permanent resident to invest OUTSIDE the country and the EU. If yes, ask for the interest rate involved.

If all are possible and the rate makes sense, then buy the property.
