Bobodee09:Stop misleading people with senseless post. What is now the use of the refinery, even with cost of maintenance, employees salary etc. Privatization is the best for Nigerian. Anyone not supporting this is daft and dumb. |

THE PROCEDURE FOR SELLING THEM IS THIS. 1, THE SUPER PERMANENT SECRETARY IN CHARGE OF SUCH ASSETS WILL PREPARE A BILL THROUGH THE VP FOR NEC AND FOR PRESIDENTIAL APPROVAL. 2, AFTER THE NEC APPROVAL AS STATED IN ONE ABOVE, THE BILL IS SENT TO NASS FOR RATIFICATION BEFORE ANY SALE OF THE PEOPLE 'S ASSETS CAN BE MADE. |
