Cubana Chief Priest is an individual.
He is not a government official, minister, governor, or president, whose hands are always in the treasury to steal our common wealth that we can make his issue a public affair.
He can decide whom he wants to give his money to.
Having said that, he might not want to help that guy because the guy and his family treated him badly while he was struggling to make a living. So it might be his way of paying them back all the ill-treatment meted out to him.
On the flip side of a reason for his action, it could be that the money is from a fetish source. Any money from that source is not permitted to be used to assist or help anybody close to you.
Therefore, whatever is his reason, it is my view that Cubana Chief Priest's actions, with respect to his family members, is entirely his very own business.
