1. Is it expensive to do? 1 camera will cost less than 10k if the country is buying at large without paying custom duty . and even if we decide to buy 3million cameras for only the high ways , that will cost only 30bilion. they could suspend the school feeding project of 100b and buy cameras

2. Do we need it? , obviously other countries are using it so yes we need it

3. Do they know that we need it ? OfCourse they do , they travel to other countries and they are highly educated people working with them

4. Do we have the money to do it ? yes

So the question is why are they not doing it if its going to solve our problem ? and the answer is they need bloods because they are occultic.
