If it is not original titus and smoked catfish, then it is not fish those are the only two fish delicacies that i know and eat.

Oh, this is the legendary Ofirima. It goes well with okazi soup. I used to think that Ofirima was shark.

That is the part it uses to sting predators and any threat. It is called Barb and it can create a nasty and bloody gash on your body and it has venom.

In Ibibio Language we call it Ikpam. When dried, it goes well with afang or Editan soup. One good thing about the fish is , it doesn't break in soup, it stays strong like that no matter how much you cook it. I no de see this kind thing for here...things like this de make me miss home badly.
