After i informed you that he hasn't even played as a LW in la liga this season, you changed his position to strictly a winger and not LW. You initially claimed he only played as CF at times but out of 16 la liga matches this season he played as CF in 14. At the Euros he played as CF in 6 out of 7.

Most countries don't just adopt international treaties/agreements just like that. Most countries would have to make the international treaty pass through their legislature before such international treaties/agreements becomes law in their country.

I don't have an inkling about the Legal frame work/legal system of Republic of Benin as it concerns trade agreements in the West African region, but I won't be surprised if their local laws don't agree with some of those trade agreeements. Maybe that's why u get smooth passage of goods through other countries within the corridor while the opposite is the case in Benin.
