From Mangoro or Ojota should be within 20k to 30k

Illiterate, there are over 20 ministries. Each ministry with its own projects. If you want to pay school fees, Education ministry is giving NELFUND, if you want car loan, finance ministry is giving CreditCorp. But to say loan can't be used for road infrastructure, we have to review your education.

Put this train at 50k per seat it would be full on most rides


Put Kano Kaduna rail at 10 dollars and watch it run empty

Lagos Ibadan rail run empty most of the time because buses are far far cheaper than it
