Almost 75% of bank workers you see in a single branch are contract workers. If you see 20workers in a bank, bro na only 8 are real bank staffs.

Be calming down. Banks have found a way to cut cost from contracting this recruitment firms for contract workers

Our education system doesn’t make sense, they should switch to more of practical in relation to what are inline with our economy, even government has not played its roles

Look at the universities of agriculture all over the place producing graduates every year, why can’t the government set up farm settlements with police post and accommodation , security and rural electrification projects in the villages to discourage rural-urban migration, the population in the cities are much, that why you have everyone riding okada, and agberos business, imagine channeling those human resources into agriculture, send the prisoners into the farms, lots of things are wrong, what we currently have is unorganized system




How can a nation be spending billions of Naira on developing your youth in modern agriculture in those universities of agriculture for good four years and not tap from it? Minister of Education and Minister of Agriculture need to work together with the presidency, buy tractors not suvs , buy fishing vessels not Yachts

Who told you those firms you mentioned take candidates on merit? They're corrupt,and you need godfathers to be employed. Not on merit.

If it's merit, many brilliant unemployed graduates would have gotten a Job now.

Even banking job is always available,info is power and one of the reasons you went to school.

Which banking job is available? Do you know how many graduates are produced by Nigerian universities , Polytechnics, and colleges per year? How many of them can the so called banks employ? The unemployment rate in Nigeria is very, very high. There's no guaranteed job for graduates. That's the simple fact. You don't need to have a first class degree to get a job where jobs abound.

How to make money is not taught in university. Zobo can still make her rich,if she selling to 5% of Nigerians.. I understand Tinubu government will discourage her ,but she should stay strong .

If u are studying also make plans to Japa or look for business ideas.

It's not just a Nigerian thing. Most people who go to university have no business going there.

People learn in Primary School .... learn at a higher level in Secondary School.... at University level one should be applying what they learned all those years to innovate ... make improvements ... to make connections. She should be making improvements to the business ... Increasing production...improving hygiene... using connections to increase market shares.
