HeavenlyBang:I will rather advice him to stay away from Sako n embrace a different product entirely, have had too many issues with them of late that even their support couldn't proffer solution to |

Why is nobody talking about TBB inverters? Those guys have premium products. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by HeavenlyBang(m): 9:39am On Jan 09, 2025 |
Edrizz:Damn. Sad to see, since they have some of the best prices on the market. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by mangolpupa: 9:43am On Jan 09, 2025 |
ManAdii:The product awareness seems poor to me (have only distantly heard of them once/twice). Is the price point like that of SRNE? |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by ManAdii: 9:50am On Jan 09, 2025 |
mangolpupa:Yeah. Maybe because of how expensive they are. I used their 1.2kva for over 2 years before upgrading recently to the 3kw. They offer 5 years of warranty for their inverters. I don't know the price of SRNE so I can not compare. |

Time to consider washing your panels guys. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by Edrizz(m): 10:16am On Jan 09, 2025 |
HeavenlyBang:Yeah, there product is cheap but then in renewable energy every other factors matters too |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by HeavenlyBang(m): 10:32am On Jan 09, 2025 |
adrusa:Washed mine, didn't seem to change much. Production improved and has dropped back again in the following weeks. I'm just waiting for the rains at this point ngl. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by stokfrick: 10:33am On Jan 09, 2025 |
So, apart from fouani, is there any other place where one can get original jinko panels. Fouani is out of stock for the cost effective specs of jinko panels I would have love to get |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by adrusa: 10:50am On Jan 09, 2025 |
HeavenlyBang:Yes, production will drop off as the dusts accumulate again. But, I believe a good wash late December or early January should hold you up until rain starts. I washed mine and my yield almost doubled. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by dollarnaira(m): 11:54am On Jan 09, 2025 |
stokfrick:What spec do you need? Few Jinkos still available. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by stokfrick: 12:40pm On Jan 09, 2025 |
dollarnaira:I opted for fouani because they came highly recommended, so How do I guarantee the quality of these panels |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by dollarnaira(m): 1:31pm On Jan 09, 2025 |
stokfrick:We bought from Fouani and resell. I have sold to few others here. |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by odimbannamdi(m): 2:06pm On Jan 09, 2025 |
stokfrick:Dollarnaira will give you the real Jinko that you would have gotten from Fouani |

for a 24v the bulk/ CV= 27.6v Float voltage =27.2v Cut off voltage = 24.5v

|

Bros my honest opion which might not count, go and buy tier 1 panels( jinko, Longi, original canadian, Era etc)and save yourself the pain. i bought 12 300w panel that only did a max of 1.6kw, but when i manage to discard them and went for Jinko panels, its like a bunden left my body seeing my panels generating over 4kw. Good afternoon please is the dod of lithium and tubular battery the same that is 80% (am a learner) thanks and God bless |
| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by HeavenlyBang(m): 3:10pm On Jan 09, 2025 |
dayomuritala:No. DoD of lead acid is about 50%, lithium is damn near close to 100%. Also, anytime you deep discharge a lead acid battery, there's some serious irreversible damage to it. Here's a chart showing capacity of lead acid, lithium, and sodium under different conditions and discharge rates. There's absolutely no reason to buy tubular in 2025.

| Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by dollarnaira(m): 7:09pm On Jan 09, 2025 |
obitobe:Pouring water without significant washing will even make difference. If your pv are in the reach of sight you will see how dusty messy they have become. |

HeavenlyBang:You and this your quote of let's leave tubular batteries in 2024 New entrants will still go for tubular becayse that's what the average installer will still recommend. In fact, different brands of tubular keeps coming into the market daily |
