Anambra Billionaire, Zenco Spends Over 1billion Naira on Casket, Tent,Others at Mother's Burial(Video/Pix).

As Billionaire zenco Mother's burial begins, Anambra people magazine has gathered that the real estate mogul, Cletus Oragwa has vowed not to spare any cost in giving late Mum, Mrs Margaret Oragwa a befitting burial. He's spending nothing less than a billion naira on tent ,hearse,casket and other ancillary services.

A reliable source confirmed to our correspondent that the tent which was imported from Israel costs over #560 million naira. Though some social media platforms and influencers have pegged the price at #350m naira,the source confirmed that the price was worth more than that. The installation of the tent started 15th December, 2024 and was still going on as at 8th January.

The source also confirmed that some of the services that will be provided by the foremost funeral brand in Nigeria, Apams, are going to cost over #500million naira and this include a unique silver casket, a newly imported white Rolls Royce Carriage by Apams specifically for the burial, arrays of posh hearse and other ancillary services.

The burial alone is estimated to cost about 5 billion naira or more. Zenco is one of the most successful young businessmen from Anambra State with interest in real estate,telecommunication,mining and trading.

A-list celebrities including Davido,Flavour,Mr Macaroni, are expected to grace the burial.

The one week burial at Ukpor ,Nnewi South LGA of Anambra State is believed will be a total
shutdown .

Meanwhile, Cubana Chief Priest has presented 47 cows to Zenco in Support of Mother's burial as against 46 cows he gave obi Cubana during Mother's burial in Oba.

As someone who had single handedly did my dad's burial, looking at the stainless plaited casket, the hearse, the casket Carrier and the Isiagu material they're putting , bro puts so much money in the funeral but it's not upto the amount mentioned here.


I would love to know the price of the casket sha, small casket made of wood is so costly now talk more of this one. People can spend sha.

The problem with some of you Igbo haters and sophisticated brown roofers is that you don't think above hate. Another problem is that you try to fit everyone in same shoes as yours.

Have you forgotten that your currency is almost as valuable as tissue paper ? Ask yourself, what is 1 billion Naira in Dollars ? Your answer is certainly less than 1 million dollars, so which business man of Industrial scale doesn't have 1 million dollars in cash or properties enough to be labelled a billionaire in Naira. For God's sake, some of your local celebrities like Burna boy and Davido are driving luxury vehicles worth over 1 million dollars, someone spent the equivalent on his beloved mother's burial event and your are in doubt because of what actually ?

Again if you think properly, you will know that in most cases, if an individual is driving a vehicle he purchased at a price of 10m you don't need a sooth sayer to tell you that this same person has assets in cash or property above 40m because only fools will spend half their net worth on a vehicle.
Now you see someone driving a bullet proof vehicle of about 200m + , he is in a convoy of 3 - 4 vehicles, each with a minimum cost of 70m. Now tell me what stops you from realizing that the same person is probably a billionaire in Naira, if not hate, stupidity or small mindedness.


Just because almost everybody in your place is almost poor who dobale and grovel to just a handful of ultra-wealthy families doesn't mean it is that way in igboland. Over here wealth is highly democratized, everybody get big man in their clan, so we have many Naira billionaires.
It started from the days when apprenticeship system was still in vogue. Someone will carry his business capital that would have expanded his business and use it to establish a future competitor's business. We looked beyond chasing ultra-wealth and helped each other. Till today, even after apprenticeship brothers are still establishing each others in business, pooling and sharing resources.

Imagine Dangote established 3 - 4 boys in his line of business on his way up (i.e commodity trading), do you think his market share would be so large enough to expand aggressively ?

how do these so-called billionaires make money without visible enterprises contributing to society? Real wealth should build communities, create jobs, and improve lives, not just show off at lavish events.

This life does not balance, me that I target to save N500,000 thousand to start a business for the past 4 years and I have not achieve it despite my struggle to achieve it, when I hear people spending billions on somethings I will be like why is it difficult for me to achieve my own aim?
