Governance shouldn't be a heculian task and something of a rocket science.

It has been abandoned for years, it's now being renovated again

This hotel is model in the form of Presidential Hotel, Port Harcourt.

My Port Harcourt people that knows Port Harcourt very well o and also know Presidential Hotel. Compare the two and confirm if it's the same model.....

Use state funds to renovate, then privatize it as your own property good strategy, Orji did this for Abia house in FCT.

Nice one. Enugu is a top Recreational destination and I will be proud to use the hotel on my next visit presumably in May this year.
