I would much rather he offered her a scholarship to any Akwa Ibom institution of her choice with a decent allowance.

Governors in Nigeria are mostly dictators because the State House of Assemnly thatnis expected to check them are already in the pockets of the Governors.

That is why no matter how ludicrous an idea or project is that a Governor brings before the House of Assembly, they usually approve it without questions.
