I will like to know what the current cost of cement is at the moment and how many bag of cement and blocks will be okay to do a dwarf fence. Maybe 5 couches of block from ground level. Base on your question, you will need 1,850 blocks to do five courses of block including 35 block pillars and 27 bags of cement.

Cement is sold at 9,700 at timber as of today.

The normal crushed stones for German floor and foundation is what I bought, I booked on time I got it within 3 days, but na the transportation plus levy and permit gulped up to that amount.

I was just wondering where you booked..crushed Rock and Niger Stones have offices in Uyo and Akampa/netim..offcourse there are some others as well..

I missed the flower bed. I have mentioned it countless times here as part of reason for rising damp because the soil retains water long in contact with the building.
I did mention making the flower bed have cement floor and the wall and floor painted with waterproof paint before filling with soil to prevent direct contact with the building.

My experience with adeward on this project is the worst experience since I started my project, unfortunately I have committed myself before I saw the post someone posted about him some months back but I decided to give him a chance to correct his mistakes which he failed,this guy is not a professional after paying him 98% of his money he failed to deliver a quality job and with damages worth over 1.3 Million Naira (maybe more) which my engineer Aventures,my electrician Topsy and a Nairalander akerewe can testified to all this claims, some current pictures of the job attached and more to come I personally will not recommend this guy to anyone
